Don Bailey is a full-time Tallahassee REALTOR® with over 19 years of local knowledge and over 6 years of experience helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals throughout the Big Bend area. Originally from Kansas and raised in Lower Alabama, Don has proudly called Tallahassee, Florida home for nearly two decades.
A graduate of Auburn University, Don earned a degree in Finance, providing him with a deep understanding of financial transactions, market trends, and investment strategies—skills that give his clients a competitive edge in today’s real estate market.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Don worked as a corporate trainer, which shaped his customer-first approach. He listens carefully to each client’s goals and provides clear, informed guidance throughout every step of the home buying and selling process.
Don holds both the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designations, showcasing his commitment to professionalism and client success. Known for his integrity, market expertise, and clear communication, Don helps clients make confident decisions when buying or selling homes in Tallahassee.
